Eat 4 Later Terms of Service

The Terms of Service is an agreement between the user and Eat 4 Later platforms (Website and Apps).  By using any of the Eat 4 Later platforms you confirm that you have read and understood the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy and all Eat 4 Later rules and policies.

Age of Majority

You must have reached the age of majority to use the Eat 4 Later platform

Eat 4 Later Account

All information provided by the user is accurate, current and complete.

The user agrees not to share or disclose your Eat 4 Later credentials.  Eat 4 Later will not be liable for any damages due to failure to protect credentials or passwords.

Eat 4 Later reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account for any reason or at the discretion of Eat 4 Later.

Payment

Use of the Eat 4 Later platform will result in charges for the products provided.  Eat 4 Later will facilitate the payment of charges using a Payment Processing Service to process credit car payments.

Payment Processing

The Payment Processing Service will collect and process credit card payment information.

Eat 4 Later Liability Release

Eat 4 Later is not responsible for any injury, damage or complaint due to the service and products provided by the Merchant.

Eat 4 later shall not be responsible for any liability for a claim of harm resulting from a cause beyond Eat 4 Laters control.

The Merchant is responsible to meet all food safety requirements.  

Intellectual Property

All content contained on the Eat 4 Later Platform belongs to Eat 4 Later and its Merchants.  Content cannot be copied, reproduced, distributed or transmitted without the written consent and authorization.

Eat 4 Later reserves the right to correct any omissions or typographical errors.

The content on the Eat 4 Later platform is subject to change without notice.

Allergy

Eat 4 Later strives to accurately represent the name, price, food description, heating instructions and allergy warning.  However the Merchant is ultimately responsible for heating instruction, allergy information, and all information applicable to their food product.

Termination

Eat 4 Later may modify or terminate its platform at its sole discretion.

Viruses

Viewing and downloading the Eat 4 Later platform is at the users risk.

Governing Laws

These Terms of Service or subject to the laws of the Province of Alberta

Force Majeure

Eat 4 Later will not be responsible for failure to meet its obligations doe to causes beyond its reasonable control including but not limited to acts of God, power outages, internet disconnectivity, war, strikes or any other force majeure event. 

Modification

Eat 4 Later may modify or change these Terms of Service and Privacy policy without any previous notice.  Modifications will be applied at their moment of publication.
